Café Roussillon

This spot was great! We found it while walking towards the Eiffel Tower past Rue Cler street, and decided to stop by for a late lunch / early dinner. It was a bit of an odd time to eat at 4pm so we got seated immediately. Service was super friendly throughout our experience, which was greatly appreciated since we were still pretty unfamiliar with the customs here. They even set up your dining utensils right in front of you which was a nice thing to see.

We got the truffle pasta and beef bourguignon, both of which were great! The pasta was really flavorful and heavy, but great for people who love creamy cheesy sauces. I'm typically not a big fan of cheese so it was a bit much, but I still thought the flavor was great. The beef bourguignon on the other hand, was fantastic. Served super fast with two giant chunks of beef alongside some mashed potatoes, soaked in jus. The beef was so tender and well cooked, and the potatoes were also nice and creamy. Both soaked up the jus so well.

This was such a satisfying meal and a great start to our trip in Paris! I would definitely recommend trying this spot out if you visit.

A relaxing environment with great food and great prices and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The service was also great. Unpretentious. Local vibes. Good food. Good vibes. Highly recommended.

Very relaxing and jovial place to grab a drink or order a dish or two. Expect a loud happy crowd anytime after 7pm. You can also come here for a quiet breakfast or coffee in the morning. Traditional, reliable dishes and they also have a bone marrow with toasts which was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all.

Close to the Eiffel Tower and open early. The Grande Crème was so good and the fresh croissants. A produce market across the street. Great food and service.

Wait staff were very competent and quite friendly. We didn't love any of the food particularly.

Stumbled on this restaurant on our first day in Paris. Get the grandmas beef stew and Gary's chicken! Best food ever!

Food was amazing. Beautiful space and location. Walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Lots of shops and markets around.

Food was amazing. The French onion soup, the meat of the day even the burger were all delicious I am so happy we broke off the beaten path to go here as it was one of the best meals I had all week. Highly recommend and will add to list of places to come back to!
