Sophies Nail and Beauty Bar

Visited this place a few months ago and it was honestly the worst experience of a beauty treatment I have ever had. The 'technician' managed to make one of my eyebrows bleed during threading, and I was left with a bruise there for weeks. At the same appointment I had acrylic nails done; the choice of colours was very poor and one actually came away within 15 mins of leaving the salon. When I returned to complain I was told the technician didn't have time to sort it and she just told me to go and buy acetone and remove them all myself. The entire time I was there, a guy (presumably the technician's partner) was looming nearby making very audible personal phone calls and I found the situation almost oppressive.
The only reason I went there was because of getting a cut-price deal (and it was the deal website who incidentally gave me a refund, not the salon itself) and it wasn't even worth the reduced price. Avoid at all costs.
